Dr. Gregory Latrenta is known by his peers as an author of two of the best selling textbooks in his field, 'THE ATLAS OF AESTHETIC FACE AND NECK SURGERY' and 'AESTHETIC PLASTIC SURGERY', 2nd Ed.* Dr. LaTrenta has been caring for patients in his private practice in New York City for over twenty-five years. In addition to treating patients at his Park Avenue surgical facility, Carnegie Hill Plastic Surgery, Dr. Latrenta serves at some of nation’s premiere medical institutions. Dr. Latrenta is Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the Joan and Sanford Weill Medical College of Cornell University and Associate Attending Surgeon at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, which US News and World Report ranks as the number one hospital in New York, and 6th best hospital in the nation. Dr. Latrenta also has surgical privileges with Manhattan’s Lenox Hill Hospital and The Center for Specialty Care. Dr. Latrenta obtained his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1980 after having graduated from Williams College in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. From here, Dr. Latrenta went on to serve his residencies and chief residencies in both general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Latrenta began work at the New York Hospital Cornell University Medical Center in 1988.
