Dr. Robert Kowalski is a neurosurgeon who performs cranial and spinal surgeries at the Florida Spine Institute. He practices in Clearwater, Florida, and specializes in spinal, neurological, and orthopedic surgery of the spine, with particular emphasis on motion preservation, minimally invasive surgery, and spinal instrumentation.
Dr. Kowalski received his M.D. from the University of South Florida and his residency and fellowship training from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
