Dr. David Kahn is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Kahn is a leading expert on modern surgical techniques in the treatment of cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, rhinoplasty, face lift, cleft lip and palate, cosmetic surgery, craniofacial surgery, pediatric plastic surgery, abdominoplasty, and breast reconstruction. Dr. Kahn received his undergraduate degree at Tufts University, completed his medical degree at Albany Medical College and a residency program at UCSF Medical Center for general surgery. Impressively, Dr. Kahn was accepted into a highly competitive fellowship at Stanford School of Medicine for Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Kahn is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at Stanford University and is co-director of the cosmetic surgery program. His research interests are in studying facial changes caused by age and finding the best approach to rejuvenation. He has also authored and is continuing to work on studies that focus on improving the results of surgery on the nose, breast and body contouring.
