Dr. Jose Osorio is a clinical cardiac electrophysiologist practicing in Birmingham, Alabama. He specializes in treating and diagnosing patients with complex heart rhythm disorders, including ventricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. He also implants cardiac resynchronization devices, defibrillators, and pacemakers.
Dr. Osorio received his medical degree from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerias in Brazil before receiving his internal medicine residency training at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Medical Center. He then went on to the University of Alabama at Birmingham for his cardiology and electrophysiology fellowship training.
